Rick and Cookie Chapman have fostered several dogs and have had the privilege of adopting four over the years. Two have passed on, but they currently have Wylie and July. Spectacular dogs. In the beginning, Wylie didn’t know how to react to a leash, but over time he learned to be okay with it. Now, he even likes to walk himself. If you drop his leash, he folds it three times and picks it up and walks himself.
